I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle techniques. I studied hundred of dietary theories, such as Holistic, Homeopathic, Ayurveda, wheat-egg-diary-sugar-soy-nut and gluten-free, Paleo to raw, vegan, and everything in between.
I am the author of a cookbook, "Deliciously For You", which combined 3 dietary versions in 1 recipe!
I use my education and expertise, to work with clients, making holistic nutritional suggestions.
As we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of your new lifestyle changes, improving your energy, balance, health & happiness.
We will explore all areas of your lifestyle and decide how each affects your overall health.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead,
I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Let's build a system thats designed for YOUR body type and lifestyle. Not all plans and programs are designed for "EVERY-BODY".
As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, let me share with you all I’ve learned about thyroid health, menopause (of any type), adrenal fatigue, food issues, educated you on how to understand lab results, clean eating, sugar levels, gut health and so many more topics.
As an added tool, I will use my intuitive skills to meditate on your Mind-Body-Spirit, while I help you reach your goals.
